It's a little heavy, and if it's my carry-on bag it'll be the only thing that I carry on (besides my phone and charger) but I'm worried that it might get damaged if I check it.
I'm about to buy a gallon of organic apple cider and throw in some yeast and leave it in the fridge for about a week to ferment it. How much yeast should I throw in?
