    Is our military BAH determined by where we live or where his Duty station is?

    my husband is in the us navy. he is stationed at the San Diego Naval Base, but we live in vista, near camp penalton, about 35 miles away. i cant figure it out and i am getting different info. should we be getting camp penalton BAH or should we be getting San Diego BAH?
