My car is making a clicking sound once it starts,and one of my pullys is dead lock. My tensioner will barely lift up,so I can't fit another belt on. Any ideas how to get the belt on with out taking the tensioner off? also what do you think this is the cause of the clicking?

my car just died while I was driving, it started again,and now making a clicking sound. The engine is a 3.8L ,not leaking oil, and everything works. The check engine light did not come on. I check my belt, and my pulley system is a little loose, need your opinions please. Thanks, Robert...
