Im trying my best to open the back, but I can't put that much force on it without making me nervous about breaking it.
Is there any trick to opening it?
At the moment, im just putting pressure on the top of the back, and trying to slide it open..
Im starting to exercise and I really want to have smaller thighs and calves.
What exercises can I do, to shrink those areas?
And are there any machines that can do it too?
(eg, i have a treadmill and one of those bike pedaling machines)
