I have the USB cord that hooks up to my radio in my car...can I play music from my Droid on it so that I can hear it through my car speakers?

A 'cool' guy is employed at a posh dance school, predominately ballet, to teach. His style/ideas are frowned upon, romance occurs then they put on a show at the end (as usual!) but if i remember right it wins them funding to carry on. Sorry no more details but please help! Thank you
