i just got my moto cliq XT from Tmobile today and when i put it on vibrate it doesnt vibrate at all!! (talking about incoming texts) calls it vibes but txts no! some please help me :((

it or delete there informatio? something like that.. and i just put my chip in the phone (tmobile sim) and it started to work just fine i do not have the data plan what so ever but the txting worked.. but this morning it says "sim?" when its inside the sidekick lx.. i need help please ..
