    How much time do you think you can be in jail for downloading illegal stuff?

    I just found out my dad was downloading pornographic pictures, He has 3 kids and a wife. So as the title says how much time? And how much money to bail? Yesterday 3 cops went and took 2 computers for evidence. PLEASE HELP! im really going through hard times
