I have movie files that are in .avi format but I think they're too big, I want to convert them to a smaller format but I still want them to be clear (in good quality) when I watch them..

I have many profile photos, funny sounds and emoticons on my Windows Live Messenger, but I can't export them to my PC for using. Are they in any folder on my PC?
