Hi. I love redecorating my home and am planning on repainting my kitchen cupboards. I've seen store-bought furniture and cabinetry that has a freckly, spotty finish and am unable to locate any how-to's on how to accomplish this. Has anyone done this, or know how it's done? Thanks so much...
