    Do you need a permit to groom dogs?

    My friend and I have a lot of experience with animals, and already know how to groom them and handle them. Would we be able to use a garage? It is a nice, heated garage, it's not dank and nasty. We have the resources to start this and are very excited about it. Any other information you have...
