    Adobe Photoshop Program Error?

    I have Adobe Photoshop and whenever I go to use the "lasso tool" it doesn't work and says there is a program error. I have used the lasso tool many times before and now it just doesn't work. Let me know if you know how to fix this. Thanks. ALSO, I DO NOT HAVE A MAC.

    Never watched Gossip Girl, should I start?

    I've heard mixed feelings about this show. I'm a teen girl. I know they're going into their fourth season, so I figured why not start watching, but I don't want to watch the first three seasons and regret it, so is it a good show?
