    how long should i bike each day to lose weight?

    im 14. right now, monday-friday i bike atleast an hour a day and sat-sun i bike for 90min or more. at moderate speed, stationary recumbent bike, if that matters. i try to healthy and i don't drink pop. ima vegitarian. is this good enough to lose 2 pounds a week? i want to lose atleast 10 pounds...

    if i eat healthy and bike 60-90 minutes a day, when will i start to see results?

    im hoping to lose 10 pounds (give or take) by christmas?
