    Windows Media Player is missing on my list of programs. Can you tell me how to find it?

    Control Panel, 'Add or Remove Programs', go down to 'Windows Media Player' and uninstall it from there. Don't take the folder out of the Program Files, it has some codecs in there windows needs.
