    b18a1 air boost valve?

    i have b18a1 ls motor in my civic there is no air boost valve on the intake. and if not plugged up will just suck extra air and makes idle jump up and down. Is it ok to plug that up i know all it does is give extra air for start up so if i plug it will run and start just fine i just don't want...
