the truck came with a plastic bracket for the plate itself but there is no way to attach the bracket to the front of the truck. any ideas?

i bought this toyota the other day would barely idle because it had a in-line electric fuel pump so it was getting to much fuel but it ran good at high rpms so i took the electric fuel pump off and hooked up the cam driven one and took out the electric pump all together now it idles perfect but...
