I need to make 0.05-mm-wide grooves in the sides of nylon hex standoffs, ~2" long. The depth is not critical but perhaps 0.5 mm. I don't want to spend a fortune on a milling machine that I might not use again.

Up until a few weeks ago, when I clicked on a pdf link in Google Chrome it would save the pdf files in my Downloads folder. Then for some reason it changed so that it opens them in a browser window. I don't know that I did anything to change the default, but I can't figure out how to change it...
