    how do you warmup/exercise properly at the gym (to get the full effect)?

    I want to mainly burn fat, as thats the main issue! How do I warmup/stetch efficiently? Are the weight machines in the gym actually any good? How exactly do you work out each muscle group each day-I dont understand the whole rest day, or just upper body at once, the lower body the next!?
