i have a 1993 honda accord. if it rains or if it is too cold out my car wont start. it'll turn over but wont start. do you think its the cap and rotor? which mine has been replaced recently (past year).. or so im told. or do you think its the distributor? or what else could it be? it only doesnt...

i hit another car with my honda. all that needs to be fixed is the passenger side headlight and turning signal any idea where i could find those cheap somewhere near richmond virginia? cause i cant start driving again until then and not driving blows biggggg time!!
