£20 for 100 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited internet: a good pay monthly deal for a Samsung Jet? Help much appreciated!

I've been looking around and the best one I can see is £20 for 100 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited internet ... I don't really call people that much, but do text a lot ... I have seen deals for £15 for unlimited texts and about 100 minutes, but they don't mention unlimited internet...

What are people's experiences of these courses? Where did you go, what was it like, what are you doing now? My first choice is the University of Liverpool, but where else provides a good history course? Need some back up ideas :) Thank you
