my cousin is giving me his samsung galaxy tab but the problem is is that his was from at&t and i have verizon wireless. will the galaxt tab still work when i hook it up with the verizon wireless company even though it was bought from at&t?

When I start it up, it goes to the screen where it gives me the option to boot normally or in safe mode. If I choose either, it starts up normally. But then stays a black screen right before the login screen. If you leave it running, it will crash with the blue screen of death. The information...
