    If we are all equal, then why is age considered when putting someone in jail for a

    crime? No matter how old you are 9 or 90, if you commit a crime shouldn't you go to jail? Plus if you're really young and you're committing crimes already, doesn't that tell what kinda future you will have. I know kids are sentenced to juve and that but it's not as worse as prisons or jails...
