i just downloaded the limewire pirated edition but whenever i download a song and it is 100% finished, it says "Done, but unable to scan for viruses." and i need to know how to fix this please help

(im on a Windows Vista) Every time i download it it downloads as a .zip file and shows up as an iTunes Media Player file on my desktop. and when i try to open it nothing happens or it restarts my ipod but doesnt give me cydia. i need to know how to fix this.
