    Should I eat lots of protein if I'm sore from working out?

    I know you should consume a protein shake either immediately before or after a work out, but what about the next day or two when you're sore. Since your body is "repairing" your muscles, is it a good idea to consume more protein than you usually would on a recovery day as opposed to a workout day.
