Have to stay with t-mobile, but my parents won't pay for the extra $30/month smartphone fee...and basically all of the phones are smartphones. What are some good t-mobile phones that aren't classified as smartphones?

I'm hunting for a textbook that is easy enough for an advanced 12th grader to understand yet not be bored stiff (no astrology...I want serious stuff). Previously I was directed towards Universe, 7th edition, but on amazon all of the used copies are out.
