    News report crime location in Detroit as: #th block of street name. How do I locate...

    ..."blocks" on the map? For example, the newspaper will report "A shooting occured on the 8000 block of Grand River." Which doesn't really give me an idea exactly where the crime occured since Grand River is very long. Is there a way to cross reference address to "blocks" reported in the news?
