    Is there a PC "Palm Icon Editor" Yet?

    Title says it all - I'm wondering if anyone ever found a desktop icon editor for AN style icons - easier to do in GIMP than on handheld, then transfer to icon database. Even a facility to open up icon database (like Icon Editor for Palm) would be nice - just some way of editing on PC. Thanks...
