Do all N and for that matter E series phones do that? It's terrible... Why in the world is there a need for the END button to exit/shut down programs, when the softkey right above it is usually designated as Exit?

Half the time facebook's giving me a little yellow triangle w/ and exclamation point in it where the chat icon should be at the bottom left. When it does show who's online and i try to send someone a message, it says "sending" and they never get the message. What can I do about it?
