I use raw carrots also..but thinking about this...I would believe using cooked carrot puree wouldn't be any different than using Libby's canned pumpkin in a pumpkin cake recipe. I do like to see the shredded carrot shards in the finished cake.

Will i notice a significant difference on a CRT tv? I know a lot of you have lcd's or projection tv's and i can see where the blurriness comes from, but how about on a crt? I have a 36'' if that matters. edit: also the highest input it receives is component and s-video

i've seen a mongoose BMX bike going for £90 second hand. and im not sure whether to buy it or not. as i don't know much about BMX bikes, is this a good make? and is it worth it?i went to have a look at it. its in good conditon 1 owner. is this too much for a bmx or is it a good deal for me.
