How do I filter search in "search people"? Now when I type in a person's name, it suggests all kinds of words in the dictionary. I only want to search for people's names, not all words in dictionary.

I currently have T-Mobile Prepaid. I don't use my phone a lot for calls, so the prepaid plan works good for me. Is there a cheap way to get a data plan? I am willing to switch carriers if need be.
