    E62 Can't change anything?

    I have a E62 and i can not change any of the common setting. Such as display brightness, themes, time. I make an attempt and it resets to the previous setting. I have done a hard reset,soft reset, removed the batt, and changed the sim. Anyone have an answer?

    I know most chat sites are nasty but im looking for clean ones that are safe just to make new friends i tried teenspot.com it wont let me in? It keeps saying loading anyone got any ideas on where else there is thats kinda somewhat clean
