    Wheat Berries storage time

    I am cooking up some wheat berries that I've stored, refrigerated, for 11 months. Is that to long to have kept them? They do not seem rancid but I am suspicious they might be a little stale tasting. Anyone experienced with wheat berries this old? Steve
