so i just got a new lappy with vista basic...firefox 2 is installed but sometimes ill randomly get the whole viewing segment of the browser 'jumping' up and down maybe 10 pixels. Its really hard to explain. Even the scroll bar does it. Is this a known issue of some sort? I havent really had...
