i cannot access few site most of the time because chrome crashes all of a sudden. even yahoo, hotmail and facebook, when opened it opens some codes and not the page or it shows some download at the bottom. please help me troubleshoot the issue.

I recently bought my first car and the previous owner had stuck Playboy bunnies to the side. I assumed would be easy to remove but I am finding it difficult... They're not stickers but plastic with a spongy adhesive. Thank you
