I had so many before...characters of sims...and now..I just can't seem to...

I am five feet three inches and I weigh 100 pounds...sometimes less or more by teeny weeny difference...depends....but most at times exact 100 pounds....what size am I? 3? 4?? My pants show size 26 but they say that's the waist line?? I dunno...but it's kinda loose....I feel short...
