Let's say I print out a photo I found online at Yahoo News or something. I obviously don't own the copyright to the photo, but I want to use it in a collage I'm making. Is this legal? What if I wanted to sell the collage? What if I found a photo I wanted to use from a photographer's website, or...

I've got about 15 photos to send through e-mail. I'd prefer to send the actual images rather than upload the pictures to Photobucket or another website and send the link. Would it be better to send the photos as attachments or just insert them into the actual e-mail? Thanks in advance. =)
