    Are pegs illegal for a bike in California?

    i wanna get pegs on my bike so my friend can go on them. She usually has to walk, but i don't want to leave her to walk alone so i walk my bike with her till i drop her off. I just don'tn wanna get in trouble for them. I'm not gonna get more than one person on them. Are they legal in CAL?

    that He does not have a car? He and I tries to get married very soon but He told me He only has $600 for down payment to get a car but He cannot find none .Is there anybody who can help us with what to do
