I recently changed the security code and now I can't access my phone. I've tried over 5 time now and 12345 and the last 4 digits of my number don't work. Should I just go to the place where I bought my phone and let them reset it? Would they need the memory card while they reset it?

When I try to open my 5610's memory card the screen says "memory card not formatted" and then "Operation failed". What's causing it and also what's the solution.
