I watched all the videos on how to do this and they all say the same thing. Go to your router page on the browser, activate xbox live, and all the ports open. I have done this and it is still moderate! I can't connect to most of my friends and I don't know how to fix it.

If I want to get a new phone because: 1- It doesn't work properly, and 2- I hate the phone and interface, then can I get one for a discount at a verizon store?
