    Do i need to take out a tv liecence for my pc's monitor...?

    someone told me that i did, but i'm not sure if i should, i'm just about to move into a flat of my own so it's something i need to know... thanks muchly! i don't have a tv card on my pc though, does this still count..? oops forgot to add that i don't watch tv...

    does anyone know where i could download the k-chat radio station from....?

    GTA Vice City.......it doesn't seem to be on the sound track so i'd like to know if i could download that radio station singley.... cheers!
