I have a Tocco F480 and cant get my pics off my phone and onto my computer and the PC Studio software wont work on my PC. It did for my previous phone but not this. Has anyone else had this problem and do you have any solutions? Thanks

cant find my manual and i cant get a good read on the dip stick. i put in 5 qts wanted to know if i needed to take some out.
