    Graphic Design: Best community college in Southern California?

    I live in SoCal and can't decide whether to go to OCC or GWC for my graphic design degree. I really can't afford a fancy school like the Art Institute, trust me, I checked it out. Any other schools in the area that offer a great program? Thanks!

    Where can a non-resident student get financial aid for college in California?
