    bluetooth on dell 6400.?

    i go to start-settings-control panel and the bluetooth icon and when i try to add a new device it says that there's no one. it doesn't work with any devices and they are all okay. i turned on bluetooth on this laptop when i first got it and im 100% shure that in works. what u do to turn it on?
