    Windows Media Player 10 will not sync?

    I am trying to sync a playlist onto my MP3 player using WMP-10. I click on sync settings on wmp, select playlist, and click OK, and there is an error message telling me that "Windows Media Player encountered a problem and needs to close." What is going on??
