trying to install turn signal switch on a 1990 cadillac fleetwood....on the
steering wheel...i? on the steering wheel cover(horn) it says "inflatable restraint is this the same as air bags,,can i remove it to put the steering wheel off without deploring it, is this a simply job or costly by a mechanic?
