    I have a 1998 Lincoln navigator...?

    my air bags busted and I just purchased the coil springs to replace the air bags. This is called a conversion kit. My question is did I need to buy shocks or struts with this? They said I didn't need them only if I wanted to replace the ones I have on. I am confused is there a step by step...
