    2007 Honda Civic Si/ What type of oil should i use?

    I need to know whether I should go with synthetic or regular oil. I'm looking for maximum performance and engine protection. Also, what name brand/ type to you recommend? Oh and the car is completely stock, no bolt-ons/ aftermarket parts
