    Help with cooking roast beef...?

    I have never cooked a roast before can someone explain to me how to? It's 1.6 pounds....and I'm not sure if I have a meat thermometer but I might so what temperature should it be at? I wanted to make one so I could make Yorkshire pudding :) Thanks!
