I ride a bicycle about 100 miles a week in urban and suburban areas and spend alot of time in bike lanes. I always have to deal with cars parked or even driving in the bicycle lane. Are these people morons or am I crazy for assuming that people should obey traffic laws?

the bolt pattern is the important thing. check if the Enkei's have the same bolt pattern as your old rims. if so go for it. It may throw the speedo off a little bit but what the hey.
