camp? loll but seriously!!!? How could i prepare myself for pull-ups, if i've never done them before and i don't have the equipment to do them at home? what exercise could i do? of course other then typically going to the gym.
else could i do to prepare? i do 100 sit-ups and 55 push-ups, at least 4 to 5 days out of the week. Including running and swimming through out the week also, for the past 2 1/2 weeks... is this enough???
