Celebrating a friend's birthday this weekend, and I'm looking for a good quality, low priced restaurant to celebrate it in. This restaurant hunting is super hard, and her birthday is coming up super fast! Any suggestions? And fast food restaurants are not the kind I would like to celebrate in.
